Kingswood Warren is a listed Georgian mansion with numerous out-buildings most recently occupied by the BBC as the headquarters of their Research and Development Centre. Hub successfully sought approval to demolish many of the 1950's buildings in order to create a residential enclave sympathetic to the existing local housing stock. Hub's architectural input included the design of the Master plan for the site with additional new build single houses. Hub also gained approval for the original Kingswood House to be converted from BBC use to eight high end residential units. Hub's scheme also included the landscaping of the surrounding park land.
