outhampton City Council designated a disused former shop storeroom in the Marlands Shopping Centre to become a business incubation hub and co-working studio. Opening in 2019 and operated by Barclays, the 1185m2 (12,750ft2) space features 68 co-working desks and numerous semi-private meeting pods & booths in an open-plan environment, along with five enclosed offices, a multifunctional meeting room, a maker-space, photography studio, two shared kitchens, cycle stores, lockers and shower rooms.
