Paradise masterplan has successfully improved Birmingham’s infrastructure by creating a more flexible framework for growth, attracting businesses from overly dense London districts, creating a walkable and cyclable city, offering more affordable rents and a wider range of transport opportunities - all underpinned by a thriving cultural landscape which re-connects Birmingham to its history and heritage. Phases of Paradise will provide commercial, leisure and hotel space, all built around two completely new public squares and opening up new connections across the city centre.
