The upgrading, replanning and extension of a retirement village and Conservation Area known as Leylands Estate. The project included the restoration of Eborn House, a Grade Two Listed Building into communal areas, and offices. The new accommodation comprises 38 extracare flats, with an ongoing project of refurbishing the cottages built in the 1960s.
