This project involved the refurbishment and restoration of a Grade II listed late Georgian townhouse near Stockwell station, SE London. The house had been stripped of most of its cornices, skirtings, architraves and historic detailing and part of our brief and the listed building consent was to reinstate as much lost character as possible. While doing this we created a new dressing roof with free standing bath and joinery, refurbished existing timber floors, fitted a bespoke new kitchen and created lower ground floor glazed utility and snug spaces. The project was completed in mid 2022.
