Complete internal refurbishment of a partially derelict house near Kings Cross. The project involved careful reinstatement of original features to bring the character of the early Victorian house back and to create a warm, light and bright family home. The windows were replaced throughout with slimline double glazed timber sash and the roof space opened up by moving the insulation up to rafter level.
