About the practice

HoughtonBudd Architects is an RIBA Registered Practice founded in 2005 by Jane Houghton and Andrew Budd. We combine our shared interest in the careful and sensitive interpretation of site and context with a commitment to the history of architecture and craft of building to create long-lasting and useful contemporary architecture and design. Our work has ranged from small scale adjustments to domestic properties to new build houses and commercial developments, and we apply the same level of commitment to every commission regardless of its size.
