Side extension to a Cottage. The space created an annexe for the mother of the client. We managed to replace a garage and construct a building in front of a retaining wall. Of course we checked that the surface water could still run off and the retaining wall behind can be maintained. The projects gives a lovely interior space with views over a reservoir.
