Designing Center Parc's fifth UK holiday village. Holder Mathias is architect and lead designer at Center Parcs Woburn Forest for the 16,000m2 pool and leisure building. This features Center Parcs’ largest and most sophisticated sub tropical swimming “Paradise” together with a wide range of restaurants, retail offers and ten lanes of bowling. The whole complex is designed to be invisible from outside the site. and this was instrumental in securing planning consent at a public inquiry.
