Undertaken over several phases, this project is a full restoration of a listed four storey house. Our objective was to restore the traditional features of this classic Georgian terrace house back to its former quality, which included adding features that would have existed to enhance the overall language. Planning permission had to be achieved to make any changes to the internal arrangement of rooms, and the top floor now has a master suite with walk through wardrobe linking into a contemporary west facing bathroom. We also achieved planning and Listed Building approval for an additional fifth floor. Contemporary furniture and lighting bring a fresh quality to this classically stylish building.
