A boutique hotel annex for the Frontline Club in Paddington. Planning Approval for change of use from residential to Sui Generis. A classic terraced townhouse building which was in very poor repair. Created new bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. A ground floor shop refurbished for Monacle.
