Proposals for the ‘Harwoods Group Ltd.’ for a new 20-vehicle twin-franchise Showroom, Aftersales and Service Workshop with a covered customer ‘Drive-Through/ Drop-Off’ facility and a separate Bodyshop/ Repair Workshop on Manor Royal in Crawley, West Sussex, close to Gatwick Airport. HNW have worked very closely with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) at the time of the release of their very latest Corporate Identity – ‘The Arch Concept’ - to incorporate the latest JLR requirements and branding, producing this very high quality building on this prominent 6.5acre gateway site in Crawley. This traditionally procured project, which sees HNW as Architect and Lead Consultant, has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating and utilises roof mounted photovoltaic panels, natural day lighting, provision for charging of electric vehicles and redevelopment of a large brownfield site.
