University of Sussex is a Grade II Listed Campus. Refurbishment and extension to Bramber House Appointed by Client in late 2008. Developed scheme during early 2009 working together with Client’s in-house catering team and external catering consultant. Refurbishment and extension to Bramber House, University of Sussex, part of the Grade II listed rural campus originally designed by Sir Basil Spence. Phased refurbishment and replacement of the University’s main catering facilities all carried out whilst maintaining existing catering and restaurant facilities, administration and teaching facilities during the works. Architectural services RIBA stages B-L and Lead Designer. Project procured under a traditional Contract. 11 month construction period. Value of contract: 7.2 million
