The site is located on Fulham Road in Chelsea next to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The project comprised the demolition of an existing redundant nursing home, replaced with a new Elderly Persons Home for The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and 41 new high quality private dwellings, with internal basement car parking. HLM Architects is appointed by Taylor Woodrow Developments from Stage D onwards to further the design and therefore act as Consultant Architect to the Client, leading to an anticipated completion of the works in September 2006.
