A concept with a natural elegance about it, a timeless feel, with elements of 1920s design, with some contemporary elements as well. The resort component of the design breif is a 5 star hotel with a amenity spa, which is modelled on the authenticity of a historuc Montenegrin village, understated and unique. The residential component is to design 26 branded villas that benefit from the proximity to the club while retaining appealing privacy, which draws from the existing character and undulating landform.
