Four Star Hotel in the upper mid-priced market, targeting the growing segment of mid-market travellers. The proposed hotel will consist of 229 guestrooms, 26 of which are suites. The hotel will be provided with a reception, lounge , bar and restaurant dining, with the lounge, bar and restaurant being accessible to the public. The hotel will also contain a bussiness suite consisting of a variety of board rooms and meeting rooms. A fitness suite for guests will also be provided. A separate function suite with its own separate access wll be provided. This will be capable of seating a minimum of 225 diners and will, in additiong to supporting the conferencing functions of the hotel, be available for public hire.
