The project is a new build 5000 sq.ft house in Esher, Surrey backing directly onto one of the most beautiful river locations. The house is based on an arts and crafts design which is considered the root of many Surrey traditional houses. The house features high ceilings and reclaimed materials (bricks) together with green oak gables and window surrounds. There are magnificent views from the kitchen, living room and rear bedrooms over the River Mole.
