The house we were commissioned to extend and refurbish was an extremely dilapidated grade II listed 1800's attached house in the middle of Esher High Street, set within a conservation area. The original house floor area was relatively small and we designed a three storey rear extension to allow a kitchen to the rear and bedrooms above, the two storey side extension allowed the house to look more substantial from the front as well as providing an enlarged hallway with bathroom accommodation above.
