We were approached by Messrs QMMS to build a state-of-the-art milk testing laboratory in a very rural site near Wells. The client had outgrown his premises in a nearby industrial park and he already had permission to replace a hay barn with a laboratory and offices building of similar proportions and size. The building had to contain specialist laboratory equipment, offices, seminar teaching space and warehousing and the brief was developed against a very tight budget. The building contract was administered by the practice and completed on time and within budget. The finished article sits very comfortable within its environment.
