A new purpose built dwelling designed to specific client requirements with integration of sustainable design elements including timber frame structure, locally sourced materials and workmanship, use of solar thermal & photovoltaic’s for self dependency and grey water harvesting. The new dwelling was build to a tight budget and timescale and completed ahead of schedule.
