This project is an extension to a Grade II Listed property within the Portman Estate Conservation Area, W1, Westminster. The proposal aims to add a winter garden, gym, additional storey of bedroom accommodation, and a number of internal function and aesthetic improvements. The design is focused on enhancing the character of the existing home, creating high quality spaces purposefully designed for a modern way of living.
