Hill Patru were approached to unlock the potential of this tired Victorian Terrace property in Kensal Rise as the existing layout suffered with dark and inefficient circulation, a lack of storage and awkwardly shaped spaces. The rigorous concept design process led to layout changes and mechanisms that free up space, without needing to extend the property into an already cramped garden.
