The refurbishment of Kingston House with hot desking for Sandwell Primary Care NHS Trust enabled staff to be decanted from existing rented buildings to free up revenue and make the best use of the client's facilities. The redesigned offices across four floors with ergonomic furniture, electronic booking and vibrant interiors, coupled with new communication and system cabling has enabled the Trust to improve working standards for staff, free up desk space which may otherwise only be utilised during a small part of the day, and achieve savings to plough back into main line patient care.
