The Dower House is an elegant village house of rural stone, dating back to the early 18th century. The development comprised a two-storey extension to an existing coach house to provide three secure parking spaces and a new ground floor workshop. The first floor office is designed with flexibility to be easily converted into an additional bedroom or living space as required. The extension, built of local stone, retains the character of the existing building. The workshop space is used for watchmaking; a small feature clock tower is proposed to this extension, and our client will provide the clock!
