Achieving over 1100 new homes, a mix of 1-2 bedroom apartments with 2-5 bedroom houses, integrated with a rich landscape network, Stoneham will provide a fantastic new community within an historic parkland setting. HGP worked closely with our client, Highwood Homes, and the consultant team to deliver this ambitious masterplan to Eastleigh Borough Council. The masterplan focuses on creating landscape rich spaces, all feeding into the central Avenue Park and woodlands to the edge. Houses and flats have been designed to maximise views to these spaces, whilst creating active street frontages and courtyards as part of the journey through the development.
