A bespoke design on behalf of Surrey County Council to support a full planning application in connection with the erection of a B1 Operations building and a B1/D1 Training building with associated parking and landscaping on the former Thales Site, Gatwick Road, Crawley. The 2 buildings will be provide a total of 15,500m2 gross external floor space, as the second phase of this development. Novated to Willmott Dixon, the BIM detailed design is currently progressing to meet the specific requirements of the end user.
