The ASDA supermarket in Barnstaple opened it's doors to the public in November 2016. The scheme consists of 40,000 sq.ft. sales area incorporating offers such as George, Deli/ Bakery, Optical and a new style Café along with the latest format Petrol Filling Station. HGP were appointed to redesign the scheme, which had already received planning consent, and negotiate the changes through the planning process to reflect the change in the retail climate and subsequently the Clients new brief. We were then appointed by Simons Group to develop the detail design for the scheme in BIM see the project through to completion.
