Whole house retrofit of a derelict 1960s detached house to Passivhaus Enerphit standards. The project took an ordinary, uninsulated and dilapidated house and transformed it to a modern, comfortable family house. The project was self-build design and construction project and is an exemplar in transforming everyday housing stock in to a delightful low-energy, sustainable and healthy home.
