Two storey family house with main rectangular part designed to the Passivhaus standard with an attached garage with room over. Designed as an infill to a residential road with mixed styles of houses. Materials to reflect the surrounding area with a mixture of brick, render and timber boarding all treated as veneers over the fully insulated and airtight timber frame construction. Presently awaiting start on site.
