We were appointed by RIBI as Contract Administrator and then Architects/Lead Consultant respectively on the first two phases of the refurbishment of their HQ building in Alcester. The first phase works included an internal strip out of part of their Ground and First Floors, to create an open plan layout with a few individual offices on the Ground Floor and flexible conference/meeting rooms with enlarged staff facilities on the First Floor. During these works we were also appointed to re-design their main reception area and counter. The second phase works included the replacement of the roof covering to the whole building (600m2) and windows to approximately two thirds of the elevations. This included obtaining the requisite approvals, preparing detailed drawings and inviting tenders prior to contract administration.
