Harper Architects is working with award winning developer HCD Developments who are building nine, three-bedroom houses in Knowle, Solihull, West Midlands. The site is a short distance from Knowle High Street located on the edge of the conservation area. The site was formerly a car sales showroom building with vehicle repair garage to the rear which were all demolished as part of the proposed construction works. Overall proposals are for nine dwellings which include private gardens and associated courtyard car parking. The development also includes both hard and soft landscaping proposals. The development offers visual enhancement of the site to the benefit of the wider area whilst respecting the adjacent properties in this sensitive conservation location.
