This 17th Century, Grade II listed Coach House was in much disrepair and required a complete overhaul and an extension to the adjacent hay loft, providing comfortable living accommodation on the first floor. This includes a ‘clubby’ living/games area with a kitchenette, guest bedroom and bathroom. Ecology and listed building issues had to be carefully negotiated during the works.
