We gained planning permission for a glazed pavilion building on Catherine Square in Exeter City Centre and subsequently managed the commercial fit out on behalf of the tenant; Lloyds Lounge who operate the nearby Lloyds Kitchen. Catherine Square is part of the Princesshay development and is located at a key intersection between the City Centre and Exeter Cathedral. Glazing on all four sides of the building allows for great interaction between passers by and diners. We have assisted Lloyds Lounge with subsequent alterations including a retractable roofed pergola to allow for covered dining on the outside terrace which doubles the number of covers and means operations can continue in bad weather.
