We were appointed by Belfast City Council to undertake an options appraisal for the potential redevelopment of the sites at Olympia Leisure Centre and Midgley Park (home of Linfield Football Club), as part of the wider development of the adjoining National Football Stadium in Belfast - a state of the art UEFA category 4, 18,000-capacity all-seated National Football Stadium also being delivered by Hamilton Architects for the Irish Football Association. The new leisure facility is integral to the proposed IFA National Football Stadium and is at the West end of the new IFA National Football Stadium. The building is circa 5800m² comprising basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor.
