On a steeply sloping site with wonderful views across the City and the River, we have designed a mixed complex including flats, houses and bungalows to Lifetime Homes standard. The estate design is an 'L' shape. The bungalows are at the higher end of the site, with the flats following the natural contours of the site increasing to 5 storeys high. A lift provides full disabled access. The overall design has a contemporary form with metal monopitched roofs, metal powder coated doors and windows, and steel galvanised balcony structures.
