The scheme consists of the refurbishment of a disused school and laundry, remote from the main school. The proposal located the reception and nursery classes in the building with outdoor secure play area. The first floor provides art and design studios. The ground floor houses the nursery, classrooms and a multi-functional area comprising various sized meeting rooms and safe play areas. This project provides facilities for both school and community uses. The external areas are now developed as outdoor sports areas with multi-purpose pitches, basketball courts, short sprint track and cricket nets under the governments 'Space for Sports and Arts' initiative. The proposal successfully integrates teaching art, design and sports in a campus development called 'Field of Dreams'.
