This project involves the conversion and enlargement of a Grade II listed wine warehouse into loft apartments and offices. The scheme maintains the large open plan spaces of the 480m2 (5,200ft2) original building and provides modern accommodation with a new extension facing the rear courtyard. New circulation stairs within the warehouse and carefully considered interventions are intended to create dramatic new living and working spaces out of the original 200 year old building.
