Extension and full house refurbishment of existing Victorian semi detached house. The brief was for a contemporary extension to work in harmony with the existing building whilst clearly showing the use of modern materials. The house had to be highly sustainable with insulation and airtightness standards on a par with Enerphit (retrofit) standard. Worked on all the stages from concept through to construction on site.
