Student housing development for Unite consisting of 573 bedrooms over 8 floors. Constructed by contractors the RG Group, the development utilises Unite's own modular prefabricated bedrooms and kitchen units which were delivered to site fully fitted out with all furniture and services. An insulated lightweight brick facade system was used alongside curtain walling and timber rainscreen cladding.
