Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson created the original masterplan for Wilson Bowden Developments for the Riverside Exchange area of Sheffield. This 200,000sqft office building forms the centre-point of the development. The project achieved Sheffield's first BREEAM 'Excellent' building. The completed building presents a dramatic new frontage to the River Don and includes a new civi square. It incorporates a green roof and Cor-Ten steel cladding.
