This specialist building, at the University of Surrey Research Park, provides world class facilities for the design and manufacture of satellites. SSTL is the commercial wing of Surrey universities Space Centre. The project provides 3,700 sqm of accommodation including testing halls, a seismic test platform and various specialist cranes. The building achieved a BREEAM 'Very Good' status.
