This extensive sports facility includes three multi-purpose sports halls, eight squash courts, a 50m eight lane Olympic swimming pool, dance studio, gym, climbing wall, bar and restaurant. Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson carried out this project as implementation architects, appointed by the D&B contractor. Alongside our role as architects, we undertook the interior design of all the major spaces and developed the brand strategy for the facility. Outdoor facilities include; external changing facilities, seven grass playing pitches, two all-weather pitches and eight tennis courts. The 115,000 sqft development achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
