This 550,000 sqft new build retail development will be at the heart of the regeneration of Bradford city centre. The scheme has evolved to reflect the changing market demand and improve the overall viability. The proposed shopping centre is organised around 3 glazed malls which integrate with the existing street network to form routes across the city, creating vibrant new urban spaces linking the old and new. Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson worked closely with the client and the local authority to achieve a scheme that both responds to the historic context and will provide a catalyst to rejuvenate the city.
