710 Atlas Building , 145 City Road , London , EC1V 1AA , United Kingdom
This project involved the interior fit-out of a former fire station in London, transforming it into the headquarters of a global charitable foundation. The rear of the building was stripped back to reveal exposed brickwork and Victorian ironwork, celebrating the site’s historic character. The design creates flexible, interactive spaces that encourage collaboration between employees and visitors, with two large meeting rooms that can be fully contained or opened to the main gallery for larger events. A minimal material palette and careful retention of the original fabric bring warmth, detail, and calm, resulting in a sophisticated, functional, and historically respectful workplace.
