The families brief was for a new open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining space. The proposals open up the side of the house with a glazed infill to flood the space with light. The rear elevation is extended by 700mm with new sliding doors. The existing kitchen will be turned in to a utility and WC block. The first floor bathroom and WC have been reconfigured to one larger bathroom.
