We have gained planning permission for a 150sqm contemporary extension to a seventeenth century hunting lodge in a Cotswolds Conservation Area. Over the past 400 years the building has been subjected to many alterations resulting in a disjointed relationship with the formal gardens and countryside beyond. Our design removes elements such as a UPVC conservatory and replaces with a new wing of accommodation containing kitchen, dining and living spaces, all with a direct relationship with the garden. A ground source heat pump will replace the existing oil powered boiler heating the main house, outbuildings and swimming pool.
