The project is the refurbishment, remodelling and upgrade to domestic contemporary living standards of a late Victorian house set within a conservation area, overlooking the Eagle pond by the Common in Clapham. The new basement wellness floor accommodates a swimming pool that benefits from natural light and view towards the outdoor.
