The complete refurbishment of an original 19th century 2 bed terrace house in order to extend the ground floor footprint to the rear of the property, and enable a functional open-plan kitchen / dining / family area designed with a minimal contemporary feel. On the first floor, minor alterations were designed in order to access a new loft conversion (master bedroom & ensuite) that made the most of a tight space by utilising a mansard roof.
