A category B office fit-out for an international fashion house in Shoreditch, London. Trade showrooms and offices are located within the ground floor and basement levels of a newly built mixed-use block. Our client required a mixture of larger and smaller units for individual brands to sub-let with shared common areas for staff and visitors. A neutral warehouse style aesthetic was chosen for the interiors so that each brand could furnish the spaces with their own identity. A flexible high-end lighting system was installed in the basement showrooms to replicate a retail environment. Completed as Greenway and Lee Architects
