The project involves a new 4 storey wing to the existing campus, connecting Art, English and Science Departments. The building incorporates State of the Art Laboratory facilities with exposed services throughout. The design incorporates vertical solar shading which also screens views away from adjacent neighbouring properties. The structure of the building incorporates SIPS panelling for speed of erection on site.
